Return Process

  Place your items back into their original Mocha packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
